Betafpv.com offers a (30) day manufacture defect warranty, starting from the date the product(s) was delivered to the customer. If more than 30 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


For merchandise was confirmed as genuinely defective(Product Design problem & Quality issues), we will ship out a replacement free of charge directly. The consumer will not be charged any fees for approved warranty service.

In almost all cases, we will work with you to debug your issue firstly. 


Each claim should have all proof of defect by mean of photo or video showing clearly the defect of the product. Please create a ticket to send us photos or video of your product, a detailed description of your issue, and a description of what you have already done to fix it. We are happy to solve any problem you may meet.


NOTE: If you purchase Betafpv Products for Self-assembly, Only Betafpv Products enjoy those policies. The refund amount is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Electronic component Special Instructions

  • FC / ESC / VTX

All flight controllers (FC), electronic speed controllers (ESC), video transmitters (VTX) are covered in the event of a manufacturer defect. This policy does not cover any of the following: user error, damage to the components upon install/dismantle, modifications, power surges, electrical fire or water damage.

  • Batteries

Batteries carry a (30) day warranty covering dead on arrival (DOA) and manufacture defects. Excludes all batteries that show signs of misuse, overcharging, impact damage or water damage. Once approved, options of replacement or refund will be provided. Please dispose of the damaged battery in a safe manner.

  • FPV Cameras

FPV cameras are covered by a (30) day manufacturer defect warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from external forces, electrical fire, power surges, water damage, or tampering. Once approved, options of replacement or refund will be provided.

NOTE: It is highly recommended that you inspect the products ordered upon receipt and identify and report any issues BEFORE you try to fly, modify, construct or use the product.

  • Warranty Policy

All defective merchandises, unless otherwise indicated, enjoy the privilege of lifetime warranty. However, it does not cover physically damaged merchandises. 

To better figure out the best solution for defective parts, all replacements are required to have a RMA list. Which includes SKU, Name, Quantity and clear pictures or videos.

  • Return & Replacement Policy

BETAFPV take 100% responsibility for all defective merchandises. Both gratis return or replace are acceptable.

If you want a refund, we will return it at your purchase price. While if you prefer a replacement, we're willing to bear the shipping fee for your side as make up the loss.
